Job Description
Zeltacode is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Accountant to manage human resource operations and accounting activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling employee records, payroll, recruitment support, and day-to-day financial tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Handle HR policies, procedures, and compliance
- Support performance evaluations and employee relations
- Maintain confidentiality of HR data
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily financial records and bookkeeping
- Prepare payroll, salaries, and expense reports
- Handle invoices, bills, and payment tracking
- Assist with monthly and yearly financial reports
- Coordinate with management for budgeting and audits
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) is preferred
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and accounting principles
- Good understanding of payroll and bookkeeping
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
